In an effort to keep things simple, After the Bell charges flat fees. During the school year, parents can expect to pay a $25 registration fee per family. The weekly rate for one child is $30, additional siblings are $25.


Over school holiday breaks, there is a $20 registration fee per child. (There is an early registration period that offers a $10 registration fee.) The school holiday break daily rate is $20 and the weekly rate is $100. After the Bell is open for spring, fall, and summer breaks.

After the Bell operates on the same calendar as Sunburst Elementary School (Washington Elementary School District). After the Bell after-school programming begins Monday through Friday at school release time and ends at 6 PM. Over holiday breaks from school, After the Bell is open from 7 AM until 6 PM, Monday through Friday with the exception of the week prior to school starting.


Children may be registered at the front office of Christ's Community Church, 4530 W. Thunderbird Rd. The front office is located in Bldg 2 near the South parking lot.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM.

After the Bell accepts debit cards, cash, check, and money order. Please make checks payable to West Thunderbird Community Care Center (WTCCC). Payments are due each Friday of the week that the child attends.
